About Us

On Time Home Reminders was established in 2013. With over a decade of experience in the construction industry, we are known for 3 key traits:

1. We are always On Time. We believe in this whole-heartedly to the point where if we miss an onsite meeting time with on of our homeowners, we give them $100 for being late an inconveniencing them. We put our money where our mouth is. We challenge you to find another contractor willing to do this.

2. Customer focused experience. We realize there are so many horror stories out there about contractors not caring about how the project is run, how they take care of your personal items, whether they communicate often and effectively and so much more. We have evaluated our processes focusing on how we can make the construction process better for you as a homeowner and we deliver these results.

3. Quality results. Our business partners - what we call our subcontractors - are the best in the business in their specialty for working in existing homeowner homes. They are experts in their field and know how to take care of our homeowners in the same way we focus on you.

Our commitment to excellent customer service and quality construction practices ensures that we exceed your expectations every step of the way.

From the moment you share your vision with us, we're here to guide you through the process, providing personalized attention and innovative solutions to bring your dream home to life.

Client's Testimonials

What others are saying about us

"Everyone we've had in to see our home have commented on the quality of the work."

Keith is fantastic. It's difficult to find a contractor you can trust that does good work and doesn't try to cut corners. Keith and his team are the real deal. Everyone we've had in to see our home have commented on the quality of the work. Our home inspector was especially impressed. He even asked for Keith's details for his own renovation. I can't think of a better endorsement than that.

- ALEX ALEMI

"He stays in constant communication and actually finished the project early."

Keith did a fantastic job on our pretty much complete home renovation. The house was built in 1969 and he took off the roof, added two rooms, vaulted the ceilings, and it could not have been done any better. He stays in constant communication and actually finished the project early. Highly recommend Keith and his company.

- GREG REGISTER

"Its always hard to find a company that treat your home as if it was theirs."

I have never met anyone more efficient and neatly organize in all his work as this company does. They take cleanliness as top priority. Everything as to remodeling my husband and I walk in closet to renovation of my office space. I will use this company for all my construction and remodeling needs time and time again. Its always hard to find a company that treat your home as if it was theirs.
